Cali Ruiz, is a rising sophomore and staff writer for The Camp Orlando Chronicle. Utilizing her passion for musical performance and being a piano player herself, Cali specializes in writing entertainment news for Boone High School, aspiring to one day contribute her writing skills to the entertainment magazine “Rolling Stone.” Cali has been a long-time student of journalism with seven years of experience. “I joined my publication two years ago now, but my first journalism class was all the way in fourth grade.” Outside of school, she pursues her passion for swimming and surfing, contributing to her diverse portfolio.
