Xavier Buck is a rising junior at J.W. Mitchell High School in Trinity, Florida. He is an incoming staff member of the Stampede yearbook and former staff member of the Mustang morning news show. His decision to switch to the Stampede came after taking Photojournalism and finding it interesting but too easy. He is excited to meet other staff members of the Stampede and explore a new class. In his spare time, he enjoys running in races, working with his church youth ministry, and creating and editing personal documentaries on world events. After high school, he hopes to work in film, potentially as a director. “I’ve always been inspired, and I want to make people smile and make them happy.”
