Ashlyn Miller, Editor-in-Chief
Ashlyn Miller is an incoming senior at Robinson High School and co-editor-in-chief of her newspaper Knight Writers. Outside of her work in journalism, she is in her school’s orchestra and band and founded a chapter of Girl Up, an international organization created to advance women’s rights. She is ashamed to admit that she is involved with JROTC. In the future, Miller wants to pursue a career in women’s health.
“A big part of journalism is talking to people and understanding them on a deeper level,” Miller said. “SoI feel like that’s why I enjoy it so much. It’s getting to read about different people and meet people and go to stuff like this. I feel like that will really translate well to being more of a caregiver and less of a science person.”
